Yes, it is true. We were founded right here in Southern California, and to this day base our operations out of our headquarters here in Irvine, California. Obviously, that means that those in the U.S. have the ability to speak to a live technical support engineer who may even be the one training you should you elect to visit our headquarters for one of our training classes. We are local to you in the U.S. and thus MUST provide good customer service that others may not focus on – because they are located in Europe, the Middle East, or even in Asia.

Internationally, we do use a select group of channel partners who understand the CAM industry, and can also sell, train, and support on our products. We are very selective on who we partner with, and invite any qualified CAM experts around the world to contact us about partnering in their region.
